INSPIRE FM LAUNCHES ITS ‘EVERY CHILD SMILES’ EID EXTRAVAGANZA COUNTDOWN

You have been invited to come along to the Inspire Eid family extravaganza – and everyone’s invited to the party!
The two-day event will take place on the day of Eid (4th & 5th June) in Lewsey Park with a pledge from organisers Inspire FM that no one pays more than £1 for funfair rides and activities.
That’s right. Just £1. And some of the activities will even be free!
In addition, we have been working with schools to ensure all families can enjoy the day without worrying about the cost of having fun.
“We wanted to run a community-led event that brings together families and friends on the day of Eid,” said Station Operations Manager Mohammed Tariq.
“We’ve been overwhelmed by the support there is behind this concept. It is simple; we want the day to be affordable for all so everyone can enjoy a great day out.”
Inspire FM have a long-standing commitment towards charitable initiatives in our town.
Tariq said: “The Every Child Smiles initiative is part of our work in ensuring that families, and in particular children, do not miss out.
“We will be working with family workers in our schools to identify families that will receive vouchers that will make the day extra special.”
He added: “We are looking for supporters to come along on the day so we would encourage those interested to contact us.”
